Payments and Refunds
General Information
Payment for Dollscar exhibition services is made online on the website using bank cards via the Modulbank payment system.
Payment by invoice is available only for legal entities upon prior request.
After successful payment, a confirmation is sent to the participant’s specified email address. An electronic fiscal receipt is generated and sent to the buyer by the payment provider in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Participation Formats and Paid Services
The Dollscar exhibition includes two participation zones:
the trade & exhibition zone;
the creative zone (thematic compositions and fan stands).
The following paid services may be available on the website within the framework of the exhibition:
participant registration fee;
fee for an exhibition stand and participation in the trade & exhibition zone;
participation in the creative zone (payment for exhibition space and additional services);
additional services (including electricity connection);
visitor tickets (during open sales periods).
Current stand sizes, pricing, and participation conditions are published on the relevant pages of the website.
Payment Procedure
Payment is made online via Modulbank’s secure payment form.
Bank card details are entered on the payment provider’s side.
The Dollscar website does not store or process bank card data.
After payment confirmation, payment information is displayed in the participant’s personal account (if applicable) and sent by email.
Payment for participation in the creative zone is made by the composition or fan-stand captain via the personal account.
Refund Policy
Participant Registration Fee
The registration fee of 3000 RUB is charged for application registration, processing, and inclusion of the participant in the exhibition catalog.
👉 The registration fee is non-refundable, including cases of withdrawal from participation at the participant’s initiative.
Trade & Exhibition Zone (Stands)
Payment for participation in the trade & exhibition zone consists of two parts:
a non-refundable registration fee;
a fee for the exhibition stand.
Stand fee refund conditions:
if participation is cancelled before May 20, 2026, the stand fee is refunded minus the registration fee;
if participation is cancelled after May 20, 2026, 100% of the paid amount is retained;
if the second payment is not made on time, participation in the exhibition is cancelled and the registration fee is not refunded.
Creative Zone (Compositions and Fan Stands)
Participation in the creative zone requires payment for exhibition space and additional services (if applicable).
Refund conditions:
if participation is cancelled before May 21, 2026, 100% of the paid amount is refunded;
if participation is cancelled after May 21, 2026, 100% of the paid amount is retained.
Changes to stand size, adding tables, or connecting electricity are possible until the deadlines specified in the exhibition rules. In some cases, an additional commission may apply.
Visitor Tickets
In the case of ticket purchases:
tickets may be refunded if a request is submitted no later than 24 hours before the event begins;
if the event is cancelled, a full refund is issued.
Payment Security
Payments on the website are processed via Modulbank’s secure payment form using modern encryption technologies.
Data transmission is carried out through secure communication channels. The Dollscar website does not have access to bank card details and does not store them.
