Payments and Refunds

General Information

Payment for Dollscar exhibition services is made online on the website using bank cards via the Modulbank payment system.

Payment by invoice is available only for legal entities upon prior request.

After successful payment, a confirmation is sent to the participant's specified email address. An electronic fiscal receipt is generated and sent to the buyer in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Participation Formats and Paid Services

The Dollscar exhibition includes two participation zones:

• Trade & Exhibition Zone;
• Creative Zone (thematic compositions and fan stands).

The following paid services may be available on the website:

• Participant registration fee;
• Exhibition stand fee and participation in the Trade & Exhibition Zone;
• Participation in the Creative Zone (exhibition space and additional services);
• Additional services (including electricity connection);
• Visitor tickets (during the ticket sales period).

Current stand sizes, prices, and participation conditions are published on the relevant pages of the website.

Payment Procedure

Payment is made online through Modulbank's secure payment form.

Bank card details are entered on the payment provider's side.

The Dollscar website does not store or process bank card details.

After payment confirmation, payment information is displayed in the participant's personal account (if applicable) and sent by email.

Payment for participation in the Creative Zone is made by the captain of the composition or fan stand through their personal account.

Refund Policy

Payment and refund conditions depend on the type of service purchased. Detailed provisions are set out in the applicable public offer agreements.

Participant Registration Fee

The registration fee is 3,300 RUB and covers administrative services related to application registration, processing, and inclusion of the participant in the exhibition catalog.

If a participant withdraws from further participation, any refund of the registration fee is determined with consideration of services already provided, expenses actually incurred, the applicable agreement, and mandatory requirements of Russian law.

Trade & Exhibition Zone (Stands)

Payment for participation in the Trade & Exhibition Zone consists of two parts:

• Registration fee;
• Exhibition stand fee.

Stand fee refund conditions:

• If participation is cancelled on or before May 19, 2027, a refund of the stand fee is provided in accordance with the applicable agreement;
• If participation is cancelled after May 19, 2027, any refund is determined in accordance with the agreement, services already provided, expenses actually incurred, and applicable Russian law;
• If the second payment is not made by the required deadline, participation may be cancelled in accordance with the agreement.

Creative Zone (Compositions and Fan Stands)

Participation in the Creative Zone requires payment for exhibition space and additional services (if applicable).

Refund conditions:

• If participation is cancelled on or before May 19, 2027, 100% of the amount paid is refundable;
• If participation is cancelled after May 19, 2027, refunds are processed in accordance with the applicable agreement and mandatory requirements of Russian law.

Changes to stand size, additional tables, or electricity connections are possible within the deadlines specified in the exhibition rules.

For additional tables or electricity connections requested after May 19, 2027, an additional fee of 500 RUB applies if the organizer is able to provide the requested services.

Visitor Tickets

Ticket sales for XIX Dollscar will begin in spring 2027.

Tickets are sold exclusively online, including on the day of the exhibition. Tickets will not be available for purchase at the venue.

Refund conditions:

• A request for a full ticket refund may be submitted before 12:00 PM Moscow time on June 19, 2027;
• After this deadline, refunds are available in cases and under procedures required by applicable law;
• If the event is cancelled, ticket refunds are provided in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Payment Security

Payments on the website are processed through Modulbank's secure payment form using modern encryption technologies.

Data is transmitted through secure communication channels. The Dollscar website does not have access to full bank card details and does not store them.
