Organizators
• Everyone planning to arrive on setup day, June 18, must register in advance, whether arriving by car, taxi, or on foot.
• On June 19, advance registration is required only if you are arriving in your own vehicle. No registration is needed if you arrive by taxi or on foot.
• Vehicle access on June 18 and 19 is only permitted for vehicles registered in advance and approved by the organizers.
• On setup day, unloading takes place through the loading dock and service entrance No. 4 (marked on the map below), accessible from 1st Shchemilovsky Lane.
Directions for navigation
• There is an elevator at the service entrance.
• Exhibitor passes or Creative Zone participant tickets are checked at the entrance to prevent unauthorized access. If you need to bring helpers, you may enter together as a group led by the booth organizer.
• Setup takes place from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM (advance registration required).
• Access for setup on exhibition day is not permitted without the appropriate ticket.
1 exhibitor pass / 1 Creative Zone participant ticket = setup access for 1 person.
Trade & Exhibition Zone: Two exhibitor passes are provided per booth. If you need additional passes, please order them in advance through your personal account.
Creative Zone: Each participant must purchase their own ticket through their personal account. One participant = one ticket.
• Entry and unloading take place exclusively through the main entrance (marked as No. 1 on the map below), accessible from Krasnoproletarskaya Street.
• There is no elevator at the main entrance. You will need to use the stairs to reach the second floor.
• On exhibition day, setup takes place from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM.
Entry for exhibitors closes at 11:00 AM, one hour before the doors open to visitors.
Please arrive on time!
• Participants who have registered in advance may use the temporary parking area for unloading only.
The vehicle entrance is marked as No. 2 on the map below, also accessible from Krasnoproletarskaya Street.
Directions for navigation
• The venue provides a limited number of parking spaces. These will be allocated to participants with large-scale booths. To request a space, please contact us in advance at dollscar@bjdclub.com.
All other participants should plan their parking arrangements in advance.

• It is strictly forbidden to begin dismantling any booth before 7:00 PM on June 19!
• During dismantling, the elevator and service entrance will be available.
• Dismantling must be completed by 9:00 PM.
• If you need to load your vehicle through the loading dock, you must register in advance.
