1. Stand Placement
In the Trade & Exhibition Zone, each participant chooses their own stand location in the order in which payments are received.
The floor plan is sent out in February–March. It is usually finalized by June 1, although minor adjustments are possible. We will contact you through the messaging app you specified in your application.
Our partners receive priority when choosing their locations (
become a partner!).
Creative Zone participants are assigned locations based on technical considerations and the preferences indicated in their applications. Let us know if you would like to be next to your friends, closer to an exit, or have any other requests. We will do our best to accommodate them.
We reserve the right to adjust the exhibition floor plan and relocate participants if necessary. If this happens, we will notify you by email.

4. What Your Stand Includes
Only tables and chairs!
Table dimensions: 150 × 90 cm, height 76 cm (including the tabletop). The tabletop is solid and approximately 3–4 cm thick (tables may vary slightly), made of multilayer plywood and designed to support substantial weight. It usually has metal edging.
Each table has four round metal legs.
We strongly recommend covering your tables with a tablecloth.
An information sign displaying your stand number and name must remain on your table throughout the exhibition.
5. Walls / Partitions
Our exhibition format does not include traditional exhibition booth structures.
Would you like to bring your own display structures or partitions? Great! Just let us know in advance at
dollscar@bjdclub.com.
6. Decorations & Backdrops
Decorations and backdrops may be attached to tabletops using clamps.
✘ Tape, staplers, and anything else that could damage our equipment are prohibited.
If tables or chairs are damaged, the participant must compensate for the damage caused in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and the terms of the agreement.
7. Not Allowed at Stands
✘ Displaying or selling exclusively non-doll-related products.
Products unrelated to dolls may occupy no more than one-third of your stand area.
✘ Openly displaying explicit 18+ content, including depictions of sexual acts and/or violence, obscene text, and similar material.
Such content may be displayed behind a screen with an appropriate warning. If you have an idea involving this kind of content, contact us and we will work out a solution together. Simply displaying nude dolls does not fall under this restriction.
✘ Playing loud music.
Audio is permitted only at a volume audible at your stand and, at most, the immediately adjacent stand.
✘ Using electric heating appliances (irons, kettles, hairdryers).
Irons may be used only during setup. All other such appliances are prohibited at all times.
And please be considerate of your neighbors! Treat other participants and visitors respectfully, keep aisles clear, and stay within your allocated stand area. Use the space beneath your table for bags and packaging materials.
8. Recasts
BJDClub and Dollscar strongly oppose counterfeit dolls (recasts and bootlegs). Displaying recasts of any kind, including any type of doll, is prohibited at all stands.
By "recast", we mean a doll manufactured using an unauthorized mold taken from another doll.
This applies not only to BJDs but also to Blythe TBL dolls and all other doll types.
If we discover a recast during the exhibition, we will require its immediate removal from the stand.
If a recast is found at a stand in the Trade & Exhibition Zone, we reserve the right to refuse the company or store participation in future Dollscar events, for one year or permanently, depending on the circumstances.
If a recast is found at a stand in the Creative Zone, the entire stand will be disqualified from the contests, regardless of the categories entered. The owner of the recast may be banned from both the Creative and Trade & Exhibition Zones of Dollscar. Measures may also be taken against their BJDClub account in accordance with the platform's rules. Depending on the circumstances, these restrictions may last one year or be permanent.
If we discover after the exhibition that a recast was displayed at a stand, the same measures may be applied where convincing evidence is available.
We reserve the right to refuse participation in any part of the exhibition to active members of the recast community, including artists offering services for recasts, those publicly displaying their work on recasts (clothing, face-ups, accessories, etc.), and members of recast-related chats and communities, particularly those dedicated to buying and selling recasts.
9. Additional Rules
✘ Transferring your exhibition space to another participant without notifying the organizer and obtaining written permission is prohibited. If necessary, contact us at
dollscar@bjdclub.com.
✘ Providing false or misleading information about yourself or other participants to the organizers or visitors is prohibited.
✘ Distributing advertising materials (business cards, flyers, leaflets) outside your stand is prohibited.
✘ Taking or moving tables and chairs assigned to other participants, including those that appear unused, without the organizer's permission is prohibited.
✘ Starting dismantling before 19:00 on exhibition day is strictly prohibited.
And don't forget to follow fire safety and sanitary regulations! :)
10. If the Rules Are Violated
We reserve the right to require a participant to vacate their exhibition space immediately, terminate the agreement where permitted by law and the terms of the agreement, and refuse participation in future exhibitions. Any refunds and compensation for damages will be handled in accordance with the agreement and the legislation of the Russian Federation.
