Dollscar Flea Market

In 2027, Dollscar will once again host its traditional flea market!

Anyone can bring doll-related items for sale and leave them in the care of our volunteers.

Terms and Conditions

1. If an item is sold, the Flea Market retains a commission of 15% of your asking price, with a minimum of 200 rubles per item.

2. Participation fee:

Up to 5 items — free of charge
6–15 items — 700 rubles, payable when handing your items over to a volunteer. This fee is non-refundable, even if nothing is sold.
16 or more items — 1,500 rubles, payable when handing your items over to a volunteer. This fee is non-refundable, even if nothing is sold.

Inseparable sets of items, such as a complete outfit, count as one item ^^

3. Attach a label to each item (or set of items) showing its price and the owner's name or BJDClub nickname.

If you are selling several identical or similar items, each label must include a number matching the corresponding entry on the inventory list for our volunteers (see below).

4. Each item (or set of items) must be packed in a transparent bag.

5. Give our volunteers your items along with a complete inventory list showing the price of each item. Detailed descriptions are not necessary — a short description sufficient to identify each item will do.

6. IMPORTANT: Items are accepted as they are handed over (in their existing packaging and condition). Our volunteers do not prepare items for display. Items are also returned as they are — visitors may handle them, take them out of their bags, etc. Please keep this in mind!

7. Unsold items must be collected by their owners.

The Flea Market location will be marked on the venue map. It opens at 11:00 AM for exhibitors and remains open until the exhibition closes.
