Commerce zone is the trade and exhibition area. It is dedicated to jointed dolls and any accessories for them!
Dollscar is the main event among the bjd-lovers in Russia. This is not only an exhibition with a large number of visitors who want to enjoy the beautiful, but also a festival that gathers active collectors from all over the country for the whole day.
For the booth in the commerce zone, fill out an application in
personal account . An application filled out on the website is considered an agreement for participation. The final reserve and the conclusion of the contract - after payment.
Exhibition locations and prices
Categories
We divide our members into 2 price categories. The category is determined by the largest number of relevant products at the booth.
Category D (dolls):
♥ jointed doll artists
♥ clothes and shoes for dolls
♥ wigs, doll eyes
♥ doll decorations and accessories
♥ miniature and accessories for photo shoots
♥ doll furniture
Category O (other):
♥ technical supplies and care products
♥ materials for sewing, making wigs and other crafting
♥ other toys (with a limited quota of no more than ~ 5 stands, selected by the organizer)
All prices are indicated and should be preferably paid in Russian rubles. Please contact us if you can't pay rubles.
The amount includes a non-refundable registration fee of 3000₽.

Deadlines
★ From December 1 to December 10, 2024, we accept applications for selection.
★ December 13, we announce the results of the selection and send confirmations for applications.
Submitting an application on the website does not guarantee a reserved spot. A booth is considered reserved (and the agreement finalized) only after the registration fee is paid.
★ Booth payment is divided into 2 parts:
‣ Non-refundable registration fee — 3000 rubles (included in the total cost listed above; it covers registration, processing your application, and including you in the participants' catalog).
‣ Booth fee — total cost minus the 3000-ruble registration fee.
★ The registration fee must be paid within 7 days of your application confirmation.
★ The remaining booth fee must be paid by March 1, 2025.
If the second payment is not made on time, we will have to terminate the agreement :( You will not be able to participate in Dollscar this year. The registration fee will not be refunded in this case.
★ Until May 21, 2025, you can add and pay for any additional services for your booth without a commission.
After this date and up until the close of application editing, a 50% commission will be charged for adding any additional services.
★ Until May 21, 2025, you can cancel your participation in the exhibition, and we will refund your booth payment (minus the non-refundable registration fee).
If you cancel after May 21, 100% of the payment will be retained.
Please notify us at
dollscar@bjdclub.ru if, for any reason, you are unable to participate in the exhibition.
★ By June 1, 2025, at 11:59 PM, applications will be locked for editing. By this time, all catalog data must be submitted: names, logos, links, etc. Applications can be edited in your
personal account.
