Individual Entrepreneur Veronika Vladimirovna Mikhailichenko (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer) offers to conclude an agreement for participation in the XIX Dollscar exhibition, which will take place on June 19, 2027, in Moscow, under the following conditions:
1. The offer is addressed to clients.
Clients are individuals and legal entities who have independently completed an application for participation in the exhibition on the website
https://dollscar.bjdclub.com/participation#/ in the "Participation in the Commerce Zone" section and received approval of their application by email.
The Organizer approves applications at its own discretion, based on their compliance with the exhibition's theme and the requirements for clients published on the website.
2. The agreement is considered concluded upon acceptance of the offer — payment of the registration fee.
The registration fee is 3,300 RUB and covers the service of registering the Client, arranging their participation, and including them in the exhibition catalog. The registration fee is separate from the cost of exhibition space and other participation services.
The registration service is considered completed once payment has been received and the Client has been automatically included in the exhibition catalog. If the Client subsequently withdraws from the exhibition voluntarily, the fee for the completed registration service is non-refundable.
Payment for exhibition space, additional services, and other options is made under this agreement in accordance with the procedures, deadlines, and conditions set out in the participation rules published on the Organizer's website.
Payment for the Organizer's services grants the Client the right to participate in the exhibition and receive organizational services related to its preparation and operation.
Payment for each service is made as a single payment and constitutes final settlement for that service, within the scope and conditions established by the participation rules.
The agreement remains in effect until the end of the XIX Dollscar exhibition, at 21:00 on June 19, 2027, unless terminated earlier.
3. Subject of the agreement — services related to the organization of exhibition space. Detailed conditions and prices are available at

4. The Organizer's services are exempt from VAT under Article 145 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
5. The Client pays for services by cashless payment methods.
6. Email correspondence is legally binding. The parties recognize the legal validity of messages sent from the email addresses provided during registration and in the Organizer's contact details.
7. The Organizer has the right to advertise the event by publishing information about the Client's participation in the exhibition on its website and social media.
8. The Organizer and the Client may not transfer their rights under the agreement to third parties without the other party's consent.
9. The parties will seek to resolve disputes through negotiations. The Organizer responds to claims within 10 calendar days, unless a different period is required by law.
10. The Organizer and the Client do not sign service acceptance certificates unless otherwise agreed. This does not limit the Client's right to make claims regarding the quality of services.
11. Jurisdiction of unresolved disputes — the courts at the Organizer's place of registration, where contractual jurisdiction is permitted by law. In all other cases, jurisdiction is determined in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
12. If the Client violates the general exhibition rules or participation conditions, the Organizer may unilaterally terminate the agreement, immediately exclude the Client from the exhibition, and require them to vacate their booth. Violations discovered after the exhibition may be grounds for refusing participation in future exhibitions. Financial settlements upon termination are made in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.

13. Force majeure, cancellation, and postponement of the exhibition. In circumstances beyond the Organizer's control that prevent the exhibition from taking place, including emergencies, government restrictions, and bans on holding events, the Organizer may postpone the exhibition to another date or move it to another venue.
Paid participation is carried over to the new date. The Client may decline the postponement and request a refund. If the exhibition is permanently canceled, a refund will be issued without a separate request.
The cost of services already provided and the Organizer's documented expenses may be deducted from the refund, to the extent permitted by the laws of the Russian Federation.
The Organizer does not reimburse the Client for travel, accommodation, transportation of goods, preparation of displays, other independently incurred expenses, or lost profits resulting from the cancellation or postponement of the exhibition due to force majeure.
14. The Organizer may amend the offer, agreement, and conditions of service. Amendments to the offer take effect upon publication on the website and apply to new agreements. Organizational changes that do not affect essential terms of the agreement may apply to existing Clients, with notification by email. Other changes to existing agreements require mutual consent or a legal basis.
15. Language of the agreement. The agreement is concluded in Russian. Translations of the offer into other languages are provided for information purposes only. In the event of any discrepancy between the Russian text and a translation, the Russian text shall prevail.
