for the Sale of Tickets to the XIX Dollscar Exhibition

This English translation is provided for information purposes only. The agreement is concluded in Russian. In the event of any discrepancy between the Russian and English versions, the Russian version shall prevail.

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1. The XIX Dollscar Exhibition is a cultural and entertainment event taking place on June 19, 2027, at Amber Plaza Hall, located at 36 Krasnoproletarskaya Street, Moscow, 127473, Russia. Admission is permitted only upon presentation of a special document — a Ticket (Electronic Ticket).

1.2. Organizer — Individual Entrepreneur Veronika Vladimirovna Mikhailichenko, OGRNIP: 325508100357332, INN: 500408777608.

1.3. Ticket, Electronic Ticket — an electronic document generated using an automated System. The Ticket contains a unique barcode, confirms payment for admission to the event on the Website, and is sent to the Client's email address when purchased through the Website. It certifies the Client's right to attend the Exhibition, contains the necessary information about the Exhibition and the cost of services, and complies with the requirements of Russian legislation. The Client may print the Ticket independently.

1.4. Order — one or more Tickets (Electronic Tickets) for the Exhibition selected by the Client (or for the Client) through the System and assigned a single identification number.

1.5. Reservation — a completed Order awaiting payment by the Client.

1.6. Cancellation — removal of Tickets from an Order and their automatic return to general sale. If an Order is not paid for, it is automatically canceled 2 (two) hours after being placed.

1.7. Service Agreement — an agreement concluded between the Organizer and the Client under which the Organizer sells the Client a Ticket indicating the date and time of the Exhibition and the cost of services.

1.8. Ticket Price — the admission price established by the Organizer for all Clients.

1.9. Client — an individual (including an individual acting as an authorized representative of a legal entity) who contacts the Organizer for the purpose of purchasing an Electronic Ticket.

1.10. Dollscar Website — the website available at dollscar.bjdclub.com.

1.11. System — a combination of accounting and financial institutions operating under contractual arrangements, together with the software, hardware, and technical resources necessary to facilitate information exchange and payment transactions between Clients purchasing Tickets and the Organizer.


2. SUBJECT MATTER AND GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1. This Offer regulates the procedure for selling Tickets to the Dollscar Exhibition.

2.2. The Agreement is considered concluded upon acceptance of the Offer — full payment of the Order. The Agreement remains in effect until the Exhibition closes to visitors, at 19:00 Moscow time on June 19, 2027. Partial acceptance or acceptance on terms that contradict this Offer is not permitted.

2.3. When purchasing a Ticket (Electronic Ticket), the Organizer and the Client enter into an agreement for the sale of an admission Ticket to the Exhibition. Under this Agreement, the Client undertakes to pay for and receive the Ticket and attend the Exhibition at the time specified on the Ticket. The Organizer undertakes to provide the Client with an admission Ticket and access to the Exhibition at the specified time upon presentation of the Ticket.

2.4. The Organizer grants the Client admission to the Exhibition only if the presented Ticket (Electronic Ticket) is genuine and has not previously been used.

2.5. Tickets (Electronic Tickets) are sold to Clients under this Offer exclusively for personal purposes unrelated to the Client's business activities. The Client agrees not to use an Electronic Ticket to advertise their own goods, works, or services, or those of third parties, or for subsequent resale.

2.6. By paying for an Order, the Client fully accepts the terms of this Offer. The Client may not refuse to perform the Agreement solely on the grounds of disagreement with its terms after accepting the Offer and concluding the Agreement. Refunds for purchased Electronic Tickets are made in the cases and according to the procedures and conditions established by the legislation of the Russian Federation and this Offer.


3. TICKET SALES PROCEDURE

3.1. Tickets may only be purchased through the Website using cashless payment methods.
3.2. Tickets are not sold at the Exhibition venue, either for cash or by cashless payment.
3.3. Purchasing Tickets by any means other than those specified in this section is not permitted.


4. PURCHASING TICKETS ON THE DOLLSCAR WEBSITE

4.1. To order Tickets on the Dollscar Website, the Client must log into their personal account or complete an electronic form providing a valid email address.

4.2. The Client may purchase no more than 5 (five) Tickets in a single transaction on the Dollscar Website.

4.3. To pay for an Order, the Client is automatically redirected to the System's website, where the Client's bank card details are verified. Upon successful payment, the amount corresponding to the total Order price is debited from the bank card account.

4.4. Upon successful payment, the Client receives a link to the Electronic Ticket at the email address provided when placing the Order or logging into their personal account.

4.5. The Electronic Ticket contains a barcode and grants admission to the Event without additional confirmation. The Electronic Ticket must be presented at the entrance either in printed form or on an electronic device (phone, tablet, etc.). The Client must display the Ticket. The Organizer reserves the right not to issue duplicate Electronic Tickets on the day of the Exhibition, June 19, 2027, based on an email address, Order number, or any other information.

4.6. Order Cancellation.
The Organizer may cancel an Order if at least one of the following conditions applies:
1) the System has not confirmed successful payment within 2 (two) hours after the Order was initiated on the Website;
2) a technical failure occurs in the software or hardware system during Order processing. In this case, the Order amount is refunded to the bank card used for payment;
3) there are indications that Tickets are being purchased for purposes other than personal attendance at Dollscar by the Client or another person on whose behalf the Client is acting; see clause 2.5.


5. TICKET PRICES AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE

5.1. Ticket prices are established and modified by the Organizer.

5.2. The Organizer may increase or decrease Ticket prices at its discretion by updating the information on the Website. Changes take effect at 00:00 on the following day.

5.3. Tickets are purchased at the prices applicable on the date the Order is placed on the Dollscar Website.

5.4. All payments for Tickets, charges to the Client's bank card, and refunds are made in Russian rubles.

5.5. Payment security is ensured by the Acquiring Bank, which uses modern protocols and technologies developed by the international payment systems Visa International and MasterCard Worldwide (3D-Secure: Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode). Confidential cardholder data is processed by the Acquiring Bank's processing center, certified under the PCI DSS standard. The security of transmitted information is ensured through modern Internet security protocols.


6. FREE ADMISSION FOR CHILDREN AGED 7 AND UNDER

6.1. The Organizer provides free admission to the Exhibition for children aged 7 and under (regardless of citizenship), provided they are accompanied by a parent holding a valid Ticket.

PLEASE NOTE! The Dollscar Exhibition is recommended for visitors aged 12 and older. The Exhibition is primarily intended for adult collectors rather than children. Children under 12 may attend the Exhibition when accompanied by a parent or other legal guardian.

6.2. Children aged 7 and under may enter the Exhibition without purchasing a Ticket in advance, upon presentation of a document confirming their age.

6.3. In 2027, no other categories of visitors are eligible for discounted or free admission.

6.4. The Organizer or authorized staff at the Exhibition entrance may request a birth certificate or a parent's passport containing information about the child's age.


6.5. Documents confirming eligibility for free admission must be presented in their original, legible form. Copies of documents (photocopies, electronic versions, or photographs) are not accepted.


7. CLIENT WITHDRAWAL OR EVENT CANCELLATION

7.1. If the Exhibition is canceled at the Organizer's initiative, the Organizer notifies Clients who purchased Tickets through the Dollscar Website by email and refunds the full Ticket price to the bank card account used for payment. If the Exhibition is postponed, the Client may use the Ticket on the new date or decline the postponement and receive a full refund.

7.2. If the Exhibition is canceled or postponed due to force majeure circumstances, the Organizer notifies Clients who purchased Tickets through the Dollscar Website by email. If the Exhibition is permanently canceled, the Organizer refunds the full Ticket price. If the Exhibition is postponed, the Client may use the Ticket on the new date or notify the Organizer that they wish to receive a refund. Refunds are made to the bank card account used for payment, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

7.3. The Client may decline to attend the Exhibition and request a full refund of the Ticket price, provided that the Organizer is notified before the Event begins — that is, before 12:00 Moscow time on June 19, 2027. Requests received after the Exhibition has started are not eligible for refunds in cases of voluntary withdrawal, except where otherwise required by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

In cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation (including the Client's illness or the death of a close relative), refunds are made regardless of when the Client contacts the Organizer, provided that the required supporting documents are submitted and applicable legal requirements are met.

7.4. If the Client does not attend Dollscar and does not notify the Organizer of their decision not to attend in accordance with the procedures and deadlines set out in clause 7.3 of this Offer, the Organizer's obligations to the Client are considered fulfilled in full, and the Ticket price is not refunded, except in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.


8. TICKET AND PAYMENT REFUND PROCEDURE

8.1. Refunds for Tickets purchased using a bank card are made to the same bank card used for payment, within the timeframes and according to the procedures established by the card-issuing bank.

8.2. To request a refund for a payment made through the Exhibition Website, the Client must send a request in free form to dollscar@bjdclub.com. To process the request, the Organizer requires information about when the Order was placed, the email address used for the Order, the Ticket number shown on the Ticket, and the payment method.

8.3. The Organizer processes refund requests within 10 business days of receiving the email. After processing the request, the Organizer informs the Client by reply email whether the payment will be refunded or the refund has been refused, stating the reason. Refunds are issued within the timeframes established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

8.4. The refund date is considered to be the date on which the funds are debited from the Organizer's account. The Organizer is not responsible for subsequent processing of the funds, except in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.


9. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE CLIENT

9.1. The Client may pay for a Ticket only using their own bank card.

9.2. The Client may not order or purchase Tickets for resale or sell them to third parties.

9.3. The Client may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, resell, publish on other websites, or use for commercial or advertising purposes information from the Exhibition Website, including information about Tickets offered on the Website and their prices.


10. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE ORGANIZER

10.1. The Organizer may send Clients informational messages related to the provision of services (including Order processing) to the email address provided by the Client.

10.2. The Organizer may refuse to process an Order (cancel the Order) or block the Client's bank card from being used to pay for Orders on the Website if the Order shows signs of Tickets being purchased for commercial purposes; see clause 2.5.

10.3. The Organizer may amend this Offer. Amendments are published on the Website and take effect upon publication, unless otherwise stated, and apply to new Orders. Changes to agreements already concluded are permitted by mutual consent or in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.


11. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

11.1. The Organizer processes the Client's personal data necessary for placing Orders, accepting payments, providing Electronic Tickets, processing refunds, and fulfilling obligations under this Agreement in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, "On Personal Data".

11.2. Personal data processing necessary for the conclusion and performance of this Agreement is carried out under Article 6, Part 1, Clause 5 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ and does not require the Client's separate consent.

11.3. The Organizer takes the necessary measures to protect the Client's personal data against unauthorized access, distribution, modification, disclosure, or destruction. Access to personal data is granted only to employees, contractors, and agents who require it to provide services to the Client, in compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

11.4. Additional information about the processing of personal data is provided in the Privacy Policy published on the Dollscar Website.


12. LIMITATION OF THE ORGANIZER'S LIABILITY

12.1. The Organizer is not responsible for agreements between the Client and third parties.

12.2. The Organizer is not liable to the Client if the Client purchases Tickets from private sellers rather than through the Dollscar Website, or through other unofficial channels not provided for in this Offer.

12.3. The Organizer may unilaterally suspend, terminate, or modify the operation of the Exhibition Website or any of its functions at any time without prior notice to the Client. The Organizer is not responsible for temporary or permanent interruptions to the Website, except in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

12.4. The Organizer does not verify the accuracy of personal data provided by the Client but assumes that the Client provides accurate information. The Client is responsible for the consequences of providing inaccurate personal data.

12.5. In the event of accidents or failures affecting the software or hardware systems of third parties providing services necessary for the operation of the Exhibition Website, or actions (or inaction) by third parties aimed at suspending or terminating its operation, the Website may be suspended without prior notice to the Client.

12.6. The Organizer is not responsible for payment processing times determined by banks and other organizations, including when refunding the Client's payments, except in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

12.7. The Organizer is not responsible for payment disputes between the Client and the System and/or a financial institution, provided that such disputes do not arise from the Organizer's failure to fulfill its obligations.

12.8. The Organizer is liable to the Client to the extent established by the legislation of the Russian Federation. The Organizer is not responsible for expenses incurred by the Client that are not directly related to purchasing a Ticket, including travel and accommodation expenses, except where such liability is required by law.
